Mr. Jennings is a principal and partner in Fremantle Energy. Prior to forming Fremantle Energy he completed a seventeen month consulting assignment for a Texas based independent wind power development company where he led the financing and sale of the 161 Megawatt Wildorado wind farm, located in the Texas panhandle.

Before this assignment, Mr. Jennings served as an officer of TXU Portfolio Management, while also maintaining an outside financial advisory practice. While at Morgan Stanley & Co. he served as Vice President and was responsible for leading client development and transaction execution for government and corporate clients in the southwest. After leaving Morgan Stanley, he served as a Director at First Southwest Company and Vice President and Manager of the Austin office of Legg Mason Wood Walker.

In addition to his investment banking career, Mr. Jennings has also served as the founder and President of a commercial and residential real estate development partnership.
